  • 1 tablespoon of vermouth (15 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (30 ml)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 thin slices of cucumber


  1. Start by cooling a martini glass. Then peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. You should also wash and dry the raspberries gently.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice. Then place the sugar with the cucumber and raspberries in a cocktail shaker and shake until the fruit is mashed. Then add the gin, vermouth, lemon and egg white .

  • ½ cup of triple sec (125 ml)
  • Mint and mint leaves
  • 1 ½ glass of tequila (300 ml)


  1. First prepare a simple syrup. To do this, heat the water with the sugar until the latter dissolves.

  3. Peel the watermelon and extract the pulp, discarding the seeds.
  4. Crush and set aside about 3½ glasses of watermelon pulp (700 mL).
  5. In a large blender, combine the watermelon with the syrup, lime juice, tequila, triple dry and crushed ice.

  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

  1. Grate the lemon zest , without reaching the white part, and heat it with sugar, water and thyme, reserving a few sprigs for garnish.
