Application Form:

Photograph:

A letter from applicant starting with applicant’s full name, passport number and purpose.

Bank Statement:

It should not be older than 6 months. This statement shows that you have enough resources to handle your expenses.
Accommodation Details:
A letter which contains all details about hotel reservation, hotel name and address. You should also provide your complete information (full name, passport number, address).
Other Documents
Invitation Letter (If any):
Provide an original invitation letter for entry from the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation and also its copy.
The invitation letter is to be arranged in the Russian Federation through inviting person or business partner.
Forwarding Letter:
- A letter/NOC from the applicant’s company. Authority on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit (if employee)
- Visa request letter from student school or college evidence of enrollment (if student)
Proof of Occupation:
Company registration certificate if the applicant is first time traveler or proprietor. Office visiting cards or ID card should also be submitted.
